Terms governing use of the NftsMystery website.

Informational website
NftsMystery provides information about digital collectibles, project history, official collection contracts and links to third-party blockchain explorers and marketplaces. NftsMystery does not operate OpenSea, PolygonScan or Etherscan.
Official collection verification
The Official Collection Registry is the canonical NftsMystery source for identifying active official ecosystem collections. Historical or experimental NFTs associated with creator wallets are not automatically active official collections.
Blockchain and marketplace transactions
The Genesis page may ask your injected wallet to submit a non-custodial transaction to the configured SeaDrop contract. OpenSea and other third-party blockchain services may also be used for minting, purchases, sales, transfers and wallet approvals. NftsMystery does not custody your wallet, ETH or NFTs. You are responsible for reviewing the destination, contract, network, transaction details and applicable third-party terms before approving a transaction.
No financial advice or guarantees
Website content is provided for informational and creative-project purposes. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. NftsMystery does not guarantee resale value, liquidity, profit, future utility, future rewards or the performance of any NFT or digital asset.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, NftsMystery branding, website design, text and original project artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Ownership of an NFT does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights beyond any rights expressly associated with that NFT.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, compromise, scrape private administration areas, bypass access controls, upload malicious content or misuse the website in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features, collection information and external links may change over time. NftsMystery may update or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.
